Global Training Partnership L.L.C. is a private partnership, chartered in the State of Virginia, that has been organized to provide law enforcement officers with training that will enhance their investigative performance and skills. The principals in the partnership are Robert Lowery Jr., and Ben J. Ermini and William “Bill” Hagmaier.

Robert "Bob" Lowery is the City Administrator or the City of O’Fallon, Missouri and the former commander of the Greater St. Louis Major Crime Task Force and the former president of the International Homicide Investigator’s Association. (Full Bio -See Trainer Section)

Ben Ermini is the former Executive Director of the Missing Children’s Division of the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children and former Captain with the Yonkers, New York Police Department. (Full Bio -See Trainer Section)

Bill Hagmaier (FBI Retired)is the Executive Director of the International Homicide Investigator's Association. He is the former Chief of the National Center for the Analysis of Violent Crime (NCAVC), which is part of the FBI's Critical Incident Response Group and included child abduction and serial murder consultative resources as well as all FBI criminal profiling services. He also served as chief of the federal interagency (seven federal agencies represented) taskforce for missing and abducted children which was created through an act of congress. Services provided by GTP include training, case management consulting, cold case review, analysis and evaluation. Training courses offered provideparticipants with direction and understanding of the complex  challenges encountered by law enforcement officers in the performance of their duties and responsibilities.  Course presenters are nationally recognized experts in their field and provide participants with proven protocols, best practices and standards in the investigation of criminal cases. Immerging technology, resources, and technology that can assist law enforcement officers in the investigation of criminal activity will be discussed during the various training presentations.
